Not been purchasing many US comics recently – not that much money available, plus I’ve been getting one or two more LPs and Singles for my vinyl collection.

This is a May 1952 issue of Wonder Woman by Charles Moulton. Exactly one year older than myself……
Thought I’d have to pay more for it than I did – £23.25 – which is cheap really, especially as there were 4 other bidders going for it! Not in the best of conditions, but not a bad collectable.
It’s unusual to find such an old issue of Wonder Woman outside the USA, so it’s even more of a bargain.

I received this nice looking issue of the early Charles Moulton series of Wonder Woman today from the USA, issue No. 95, dated January 1958.
I paid $89.00 USD for it, and checked it out in Overstreet’s for a valuation – I would class it as a FN 6.0 – VF 8.0, even though it has an area of discolouration towards the lower left of the cover – with a value of $102 – $195, so I’ve made an investment already!
I’m currently bidding on a 1953 issue – which I’m definately hoping if not determined to get hold of!
